Navigating cancer as a Black person comes with unique challenges — from cultural stigma and healthcare disparities to the need for safe spaces where we can be seen, heard, and understood.
Cancer While Black is a peer-led support group created to hold that space. This group is open to Black individuals who are currently living with cancer, survivors, and caregivers.
Together, we share stories, exchange resources, and support one another through the ups and downs of the cancer journey — without judgment and without having to explain ourselves.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into survivorship, you don’t have to go through it alone. Join us to connect, heal, and build community with others who understand what it means to navigate cancer while Black.
